Hello there! I'm Reyna. I am an LCSW Therapist in Florida. I am also a military spouse who has had the privilege of living and working in communities across the nation and abroad. My lived experiences inspire my work as a therapist, as I have developed the ability to face uncertainty, cope with stressful circumstances, navigate the complexities of relationships, and find adaptability in almost anything. I have over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with their Mental Wellness. Some of my specialties include Trauma Based Therapy (EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy) , Substance Abuse Therapy, Anxiety/Depression, Major life transitions, and Co-dependency. Outside of my professional life, I am a loving mother to a very energetic toddler. I enjoy a good hike, camping under the stars, spending the day fishing --simply reconnecting with nature.
